The purpose of this organization is to facilitate communications among quilt groups, shop owners, teachers,  judges, museums and vendors.  NCQC shall maintain a master calendar of quilting events occurring in  the Northern California area.  NCQC shall provide lists of teachers, judges, guilds, shops, conferences, museums and other organizations that promote quilting as a service to our affiliates and the community.
